For products qualifying for same day dispatch & free next day, please be aware that this is a production upgrade through the factory and not to be confused with a courier service. The order must be made before 11am and all products in the order must qualify for this. For any order after 11am, qualifying orders will dispatch the next working day.

Although we send all items on a next day service, due to our freight mostly being un-conveyable through the courier hub network our delivery partners ask that we allow 2 working days for any item sent by us.

To take advantage of our free promotion production upgrades, these must be selected in checkout. A delivery fee will be payable on any order under our threshold of £199.00, regardless of any free production promotion we advertise on our individual products.

We recommend that regular visual checks are carried out to ensure that no components or blind parts have been damaged, dislodged or lost which could result in operating difficulties and/or cause a safety risk. If any maintenance is required, we recommend that the work is carried out immediately, by a reputable blind company and the blind to be removed and not used if there is a safety concern.

No-Drill Installation

Ideal for renters or situations where permanent fixings aren’t suitable.

What’s included:

• No-drill brackets or adhesive pads (depending on version)
• Self-adhesive foam strips

Important:

The foam strips must be applied before fitting. They are essential for:

• Holding the frame securely through friction
• Improving blackout performance

Steps:

• Apply the foam strips to the outer edges of the frame before fitting.
• Press the frame into the recess and secure using the no-drill fittings provided.

Finishing Options for No-Drill Installation

Foam strips are required for all no-drill installs — they provide the structural grip and light seal.

Optional – Add Decorator’s Caulk:

If you want a tidier edge or added blackout performance, you can also caulk around the outer frame after installation.
Foam is essential. Caulk is optional but can improve aesthetics and help seal small visual gaps.

Screw-Fixed Installation

What’s included:

• Pre-drilled aluminium frame
• Screws and wall plugs
• Self-adhesive foam strips

Steps:

• Place the frame inside your recess and check that it’s square and level.
• Fix the frame in place using the screws and wall plugs provided.
• A small amount of movement or light gaps around the edges is normal — see Finishing Options below.

Finishing Options for Screw-Fixed Installation

Once the frame is in place, you can choose how to close any minor gaps between the frame and recess:

Option A – Use Foam Strips (for maximum blackout):

• Test the fit first without foam.
• If gaps are visible or light leaks through, remove the frame, apply the foam strips to the outer edges, then re-fit and screw back into place.

Option B – Use Decorator’s Caulk (for a cleaner look):

• With the frame screwed in place, run a small bead of caulk around the outer edge.
• This is the preferred finish by most professional installers for a seamless, tidy result.

Option C – Use Both:

• Apply foam to seal and block light, then caulk over the edge for a neat, sealed finish.

We recommend caulking on all screw-fixed installs, regardless of foam use, for the cleanest result.
